Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days before shipment.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
    • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated 3 - 5 business days 
    • International Shipping (if applicable): Estimated 7 - 21 days
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • We use USPS for deliveries.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.
  • International shipping times vary due to customs processing and may take longer than estimated.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Sisters of the Moon Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you on a resolution.

Order Changes & Address Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
